    Surely a school which does not have a grudge against you is the right school for you : good choice to leave the Luta Livre.

    This thread is pretty old... but I've been in the same place as OP.

    I was in the same organization as OP (by the description) and I met the headmaster that he's talking about, he's a douchebag, and he never fought. He will never tell but he lost several matches against bjj "dojo smashers" (just because he trash talked bjj). And he does not let his students to participate in submission wrestling because secretly he's afraid of BJJ.

    I'm know training with a BB of BJJ, and MMA pro fighter. Best change I ever did.
    LL is great, but I think the best teachers are in BJJ right now...
