    The rules were basically just submission no points no time limit.

    At teh time I posted the message it was a saturday and on sat I go to wing chun in teh morning then straight to muay thai in the afternoon. so I had jsut gotten back from both around 4pm.

    Oh yeh suppose that was a bit vague. it was a in school all branch sub tourny. Had a sambo guy there and a few main wrestlers as well. It was basically a smoker open to all branches of the school meant to givve n00bs liek me some expereince with competing and the level of intensity it's at. jsut a few bars above most nights of rolling.
