Mostly stand up... any rules you like, and if anyone wants to add trips and throws, that'd be nice.

I would love to tell you that it won't hurt but it very likely will. And contrary to common believe it can last up to several hours usually about 3 sometimes more and it also does not start with something to eat but usually it ends with it.
So a TD is a unique experience in your MA life and after you had one you want to have one again and again and again....

And I hate the fact that I can't be at this one.
Sometimes you lose and sometimes the other guy wins.

At this point I don't owe anybody an explenation.

    Schools I trained at:
Lotus Club Cetepe Liberdade Sao Paulo
    Renzo Gracie NYC
    New York Combat Sambo

Cool, that's what I was guessing. You better believe I'm going to have a huge ass breakfast.

The flight I was going to take home leaves at 630, so it should give me time to eat before I go. Anyone know any good vegetarian restaurants near the Fight House?
