    Just curious: why are you not aggresive? Feel free to PM me. I'd be glad to tell you about how I overcame the reluctance to be aggresive.

    I definitely hear what you're saying about not being aggressive and preferring to play guard. But the difference is I am still six years from a blue belt - Rock on!

    Wow 6.5 years and only Blue Belt, if you would have been in a Mcdojo Karate or TKD, you would be a 5th dan black by now....

    Dude you did great, if on your absolute worst day, with injuries and everything, you can still hang with blue belts, then you're definitely a blue belt. Congrats!

    Sir, as fellow long time white belt (3+ years), you are an inspiration. I've made it a personsal goal to get my blue belt within the next 12 months, thinking that if I don't earn it by then I probably never will. Nice to know I still have time.
