    Ok so its been a good 2 months now on this diet. Ive pretty much stopped taking all my vitamins expect for the Glocuse, and that isnt even everyday.

    Ive put on about 10 pounds but Ive gone down a whole belt size.

    I feel better now like Im not starving myself anymore and am eating better and I feel better.

    Frankly Im amazed at this.

    Just wondering if you guys have anymore suggestions or health based articals on hand.
