    Something with a little sugar is a good idea, powerade probably should not have been my recommendation though, I like a vitamin water, or even just some water with a little bit of salt in it. You need some kind of electrolytes or drinking too much water through the day can make you fatigued. I like to have something like that about an hour before hand. Helps me, but might not be for everyone.

    I won by TKO at 1:29 in the first round. Lets all thank my opponent who tried taking me down when I had both underhooks so I ended up mounting him. Also many thanks to my big right hand.
