I've seen some posters complain about the WOD's being too unrealisticly difficult for them, so here is this:


Here they post some "scaled down" versions of that days workout. I don't know how they come up with these scaled workouts, but I used them when I first started crossfit. It's a very useful tool to get you up to speed.
