    Delving into MMA...

    I fought in my firs MMA match on friday

    Fight Card Entertainment, I lost.

    made it to the third round and lost by referee stoppage, i just kinda punched/shot myself out

    but hey, i did it, not alot of people can say that can they

    oh im way ahead of you haha, i checked youtube and its not on there yet, remember it was only friday, decarlo johnson, another fighter from our school that got me into it fought for this organization a few times and it always took a while, i dont even know if they'll be making a dvd but they should have a video soon.

    Before you learn your individual fighting style, new people tend to make mistakes like gassing too early or hesitating on a takedown. Over time, you learn and then you kick sand in the face of people that beat you before. Just take it as a learning experience, and keep doing what you're doing.

    ha you said it man, the thing is, all your training and skill seems to disappear once that bell rings and all you have is instinct, i'm sure it improves over time but until then its just you and your gut

    haha, i love people who disprove the use of this type of training

    they're funny

    i don't think you've lived until you've stepped into the ring/octogon/contained environment where fighting takes place
