I have a Muay Thai fight coming up in August / September and I need a few tips to get myself ready. I need to cut down to 155. I'm currently 170-175, although was 155 this time last year. I've been running and really trying to crank the cardio however I'm having a tough time getting back under 170. It's my first real fight so we will be wearing gear, and it's only 3 rounds, 2 minute rounds with 1 minute rests. I put on a bit of muscle since last summer which may be part of the weight loss problem, although I know there's still some fat there that can go! Anyways I'm just looking for some tips to drop some fat over the next few months and anything else to help prepare for my first fight.
