    Shotokan beats Kickboxer (vid)

    Not sure if you ever seen this, but this is a video of a Shotokan fighter adapting his style to a Kickboxing match. The rules were modified Thai, allowing leg kicks and knees. The Shotokan guy wins and does very well.

    Seen this vid about a million times, I thought that someone outed this fight as being staged?

    BTW what are varrots? I just now noticed it under my profile as well as many other peoples.(yes I can be a little slow at times)

    I figured it was a popular video, but that is a good example of trap fighting against a thai guy.
