    Finally Checked....

    I finally checked out an MMA gym. I think I am in love with the place. I can't even begin to say how much I liked it. It's way different then my dojang. It was laid back, but still very tough. (the workout was alot and I stress alot tougher then my other workout) The training was really cool and really different. I loved it. We talked to one of the instructors (who was really cool) I'm going back next week to sign up. I'm either signing up for Muay Thai or Sanda. I don't think I've ever been so excited. I can't wait.

    Any advice to get ready for the intense workout next week?

    you must harden your body with vigorous self-striking to all vulnerable points. bottles and wooden clubs work best, though bricks and rocks will do in a pinch. hurry! you should have started at least six months before your first class!
