    Nohman, you stealing my handle? Lol. Body checks are usually done in fighting scenarios that don't involve clinching or grappling. I use it in boxing whenever I smother an opponent to prevent punches and need to create space afterwards to fire my own punches off. I don't know if using Asia as an example is best because Asia is a huge dude.

    I think that's the video we're looking for. Note the size difference. In addition, a body check will quickly move the fight into a ground fighting scenario. At the end, that's what Asia does. If you want to cause damage with it, I think a good ground-n-pound strategy as a follow-up would work.
