I was searching for yoga postures that could help my back and shoulders a little, and I ran into these gems:

Now, this is David Swenson performing an advance series of ashtanga asanas (postures). Asanas are forms/poses which are performed in a specif sequence and duration for each. The first 2 minutes are a bit borish, but wait after the 2nd minute, and you'll see some nice feats of agility:
