    GABA

Anyone ehre ever try using GABA? www.bodybuilding.com/store/gaba.html

I bought GNC caps and take 3 grams before bed. I've used it 2x and slept really good but I don't know if thats because I've been training a lot recently.

I'm trying it as ZMA didn't do too much as far as my sleep went and I hated not being able to take it with calcium.

My plan is to use it on Saturday night to help me sleep as usually I get 0 hours into Sunday and it sucks( my work schedule is crap), and to use it to help in recovery on physically intense days.

    Any user's thoughts/better ideas to aid sleep/recovery?

Since you guys suck I'll report back. I've been using the GABA 4x now and it seems to work, much better than the ZMA. I feel very relaxed but not drowsy. Waking up is not a problem because I slept so good. Usually I am content to lay in bed but now I WANT to get up.

Maybe because I'm motivated for some upcoming tournaments but I beleive the GABA is helping me sleep good.

Thanks for everyone who didn't reply, you'r the best!

Well excuse me for not pissing all over a topic I know nothing about .

I think I am one of the few people in Kentucky who has chronic insomnia and isn't a meth user ...
