    Thinking of spending a month in Thailand .......need to find a cheap MuayThai gym preferably in bangcock.You guys know of anyplace ?

    By the way is BAs Rutten DVD the best in MMA instructional ?

    I hear better things about Chiang Mai. Also, the big Krabi Krabong training center is there. Plus, northern style thai massage is better - like having yoga done TO you.

    I have to second the Chiang Mai suggestion. It is up north but places like the Lanna camp are pretty affordable and everyone I know that has been to southern and northern Thailand to train has said the northern camps were better.
