    Tune To Train To

You're working the bag, you've been at it forever and feel absolutely gassed until that song suddenly comes booming out of the speakers and you perk up, feeling the adrenaline pumping with the drums, and continue beating the hell out of the bag until the song ends.

What do you like to listen to while you train?

My personal favorites are Drowning Pool, Mudvayne, Chimaira, Pantera, Children of Bodom, Disturbed, Killswitch Engage, Guns n Roses, Black Label Society Megadeath etc

Pantera, Manowar (how can you not get pumped to that?), Death, Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Asphyx, rarely Cannibal Corpse (they have good riffs), Vader, Atheist, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metal Church, etc.

Drowning Pool, Mudvayne, Disturbed, and Killswitch Engage are bleah.

Really? I relax to that music, actually. I relax, focus, and get motivated, which helps me train. I never understand how people get angry listening to it.
