I don't see why I should be the poster boy of low blood pressure. You should see the veins bulge in my forehead whenever I have to deal with technology =P

Much thanks for all the tips folks.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

    Give blood.

It may not help you, but it will definitely help others. No sense in letting go to waste.

Are you smearing your lips and face with vaseline, before you start sparring? That should help reduce your skin friction, and prevent some tearing.

Yunnan Baiyao capsules are the best for stopping bleeding due to external trauma. It is also great for a bloody nose.

I have some of the powder that I am going to mix with some sort of oil or petroleum jelly to create a paste for use during sparring (after vacation).

Please note the contrainidications at the bottom of the linked page. (Edit - in addition to pregnancy, one should not use this product if on any type of blood thinners or asprin, or if the bleeding is not due to trauma).

Do you take a multivitamin? You might be lacking in some of the nurtrients that help clotting. I saw a couple of vitamins listed earlier in this thread, as well as animal protein. Those would all help as well.

For help with the lip bleeding you might want to think about one of those oldskool style mouthguards ( I used to wear them in peewee football). They have the normal mouthguard piece but it is connected to a sort of sheild that covers both lips. You'll have to sacrifice fashion for looking like you have a pair of wax lips in, but if it helps, who cares? If they say anything, punch them in the face.
