    Filipino Weapons

Ron K. over at PSDTC is importing some sweet blades from the Phillipines. If you're into FMAs you definitely want to check these out:

Many of you may be getting sick of me pimping Ron's stuff but I picked up a pakal knife and a barong last night. The blades are sweet. The barong's a no-**** head chopper and has a very nice weight/size ratio.

Most of the blades are sold out already but more will be coming in within a month or so.

More blades came in this week but are selling quickly.

The talibong all but swings itself. I'm looking into picking up the Sanduko y Daga to add to the collection.

Bought the Sanduko y Daga last night - it's an impressive set. Now I only have two things to worry about.

    1. Not removing my own limbs while practicing.
    2. Covering the payment on my wife's car this month.

Just curious if any FMA folks have found anything better than Kombat Instruments Ltd's rattan? (supplier to Dogbrothers)
Got a couple of their 30 some odd inchers and they are brutal! Fire hardened and thick as a baby's arm!

I'll be the first to admit my bias, but I've found Nick's product as the best for hard work. They last a long time and are top quality.

Here I go again. New stuff added this week. I picked up a pair of ironwood flatsticks and swung them for warm-up last night. Good stuff. I may have to get an Espada y Daga as well.
