    Yeah. Sometimes. I do a lot of cardio and I'm pretty athletic. She just kind of sits there and looks cute. So I usually outlast here on the first round. Of course, she's cool enough to go even if she doesn't want to, which is cool.

    You want functional fitness and want to work out on your "off" days?

    swim or bike at light to moderate intensity. I like the practice of "active rest" and I find swimming to be among the best methods.

    Since when is failure or soreness an indicator of a "good" workout? How exactly does this aid in hypertrophy or strength? Just curious. Thanks.
