    Thanks, missed it earlier. Basically as an indicator of strength for non-power lifters look for the 300 range.

    yesterdays workout :

    340lbs on the deadlift for 6 reps
    290 on the bench press for 6 reps
    18 chin-ups ( after the deadlifting)

    what does this all mean?

    I did weights yesterday and NOT MA.

    That is all it means.

    Lifting things would not be the exercise of choice for endurance. Running would be a good endurance exercise.
