    The real lesson here is don't get into bar fights. Also if you're gigantic people will fear you and probably fight with extra force due to that fear.

    In the first story, they should sue the **** out of that bar. All the witnesses are saying the guy was trying to stop the fight and be cool. Then the bartender jumps in and slams the dude. If the bar doesn't hire trained personnel or train their people correctly, they should be liable.

    My guess is the bartender got a pump of adrenaline to his system and jumped on the closest dude that wasn't looking at him. He caught someone off guard, got excited, and dumped him. Then probably jumped on the dudes chest. He should be fired and put in jail for manslaughter, IMO.
