    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Cobra Kai was a mcdojo

I Came across a reddit Post a couple week ago that give a fairly detailed analysis on the reason that Daniel won the karate tournament with such little training at the end of Karate Kid was because Cobra Kai a mcdojo

then list of the reason were

The schools seemed to primarily have teenagers with Black belts, Black Sleeveless GI's, training seemed to be repeated air punches., Cult like mentality, they were beaten by a kid much smaller that knew the basics of traditional karate in the pan of 2 months they were a lot of other reasons listed that I can't seem to remember right now

    Daniel-san was lucky.

Daniel-san's training was equally mcdojo-ish. We at least see some sparring in the Cobra Kai. Daniel spars zero times before the tournament.

Miyagi-san taught most effective style of Kara-te. Damn keyboard warriors of today never had to sand a whole backyard installment to gain their skills and pay into the capitalistic monopoly...tsk!
Daniel: I don't know if I know enough karate.

    Miyagi: Feeling correct.

Daniel: You sure know how to make a guy feel confident.

Miyagi: You trust the quality of what you know, not quantity.

No. Daniel cheated. At least five times they state that kicks to the face are illegal in the tournament. Then Daniel kicks the guy in the face to "win". Clearly there was some considerable bias among the referees against the reign dynasty champions Kobra-Kai.

Precisely. The basic theme of that movie is that you can be a complete asshole so long as you can get yourself a BAMF mentor who will commit violence against youths, while teaching you and encouraging you to cheat.

Let's just say that the fence wasn't the only thing of Mr. Miyagays that Daniel-san waxed on, waxed off....
