    New to MT, need help with gloves etc

    So iv'e began practicing muay thai and i gotta get my own pair of gloves. I asked the coach and he said " for your weight cathegory you need more than 10 oz "
    But that leaves me with wether 10/12/14/16 oz choices.

    I am a 6ft/1.83 m tall and i weigh 95 kg, ( Endo-mesomorph somatotype if it helps ) i plan on cutting to a lower cathegory sine i've got some fat to shed off.

    Mixing Muay thai training sessions with calisthenics worckout

    My schedule is like this:
    Mon: college class: basketball, one and half hour of muay thai training in the evening. ( msotly bagworck, pads n sparring )
    tue: fee day, how about soem calithenics!!!
    wed:muay thai in the evening
    thur:free day, calisthenics!!!!
    fri: Muay thai

    Is it viable?
    PS: i plan on focus onto the plyo and full body worckouts for the calisthenics day and i wan tto go onto a higly proteic but still caloric deficit diet.
    Any improoving suggestions?
