    Review and tips

Hi Im new here was looking for some tips and constructive criticism of my striking. Pick pretty much any video you want (except for the jui jitsu ones which are of a kid that goes to a gym I used to train at.) I know I need to add more combos and work on my speed and keeping my chin down and my head off center when I throw kicks. Also there will more often than not be a podcast playing in the background. If that's a problem mute the video cuz my editing skills are nonexistent.

It is better to get advice from your instructor.
