My first post: I'm 60 yrs old, been training in various MA styles since 1976. Grew up in NYC, now I'm in Wash D.C. area. Most of my training has been in Karate and Aikido. Unfortunately, I didn't take up BJJ til I was in my late forties, and had to quit after a few years because everyone was half my age and twice my size (including the women). Sure wish I could find a place to roll with other senior citizens, but seems like they're all into Tai Chi. I also like to practice shooting a pistol now and then.
