    Daft question maybe, but what's the material these are made of? would they be hard wearing enough for running or as a base layer for mountain biking.

    Having had more than a few UA shirts over the years, they're probably more than good for that kind of thing.

    As rashguards, dunno, but just moving around doing things, they should be ok.

    I have three UA long sleeves that I wear for pretty much all my exercise, including BJJ. I've had one for almost two years and It's held up pretty well. I prefer them to all of my other rash-guards and compression shirts.

    my eldest uses them for rugby practise and so far he's not had one trashed; just grown out of them. Don't know how they'd fare against road/track rash but they seem pretty hard wearing.
    Train hard, fight easy.
