Hey, I started going back to the gym just over a week ago and I'm doing the stronglifts program. I just thought I would share the new videos Medhi has posted explaining things for those that are interested. Both workout A and B are now up. I'm super excited about having such a simple program to work with now. My form still isn't perfect, but I don't think I'm doing too bad so far. I'll be having a trainer friend make sure I don't hurt myself and that I continue to improve on my form for those that will inevitably tell me not to train solely from videos... I appreciate your concern internet.
