    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Dragon Force Lightning Fist Wing Chun Academy (No, I'm serious..)

    http://home.hiwaay.net/~eskin/
    Check it out.

(I have no experience with this organisation, and make no claims about them, but have a look for yourselves.)

Some actual quotes from the site:

"If you are interested in street lethal wing chun, then please contact us..."

"My style is a soft/hard style not from Yip Man."

"All classes are free to the public. Not one penny is charged for lessons ever."

Hmm.. gotta love the name.. HADOUKEN, anyone?
Anyone actually trained with this guy? Claiming to be non Yip Man - at that point in time, who was there? Surviving students from the lineage of Wong Wah Po? My information is probably faulty.. bah, what does it matter. I'm not making a statement, just bringing in a subject for consideration.

He probably is.. The fact that he doesn't charge is certainly evidence of that.
However, I don't charge either; (I'm part of an organisation - The Fuji-Ryu Aikido Federation) we charge membership fees, mat fees but no tuition fees.
However: This guy apparently charges nothing at all..
    Backyard training?

Most teachers that don't charge are the real deal. However, they don't usually advertise, either.
    Anyone in Alabama?

Well I guess labeling it as a Mcdojo would be out of the question

Did you guys actually read the site? Training began in 1982 he was teaching by 1986 that's 4 years. Also I can't find any reference to his teacher anywhere. Seems fishy to me.

He names his instructor as Tony Ragasa.
The bit I find interesting is that he doesn't trace back to Yip Man..
I wonder what the original source is..
