OK. I usually don't like to post (prefer to surf anonymously), but just wanted to share something with everyone that I thought was interesting. I was surfing the web regarding kung fu & martial arts, and I came upon this website (looks kind of new -- not a lot of content yet). This site talks about the health benefits of martial arts training. Anyways, there was one article I really liked about chi kung and exercise (particularly martial arts) for cancer (which is a topic close to my family). There's also a decent article on kettlebell training & some other stuff on nutrition.
