10 years old girl muay thai training video

Looks pretty good to me. Apparently her parents enrolled her to help cope with her autism.

    LOVE it!

I help with the kid's class as my KK school sometimes (when I show up early for adult class), and there's a girl there, probably about 11, who kicks damn near as hard as the adults. She about put me down with a roundhouse to the stomach once. Can't wait till she's full grown...should be scary.

Martial arts can really help to cope with PDD, sometimes simply due to the human proximity these activities impose on you. I know from experience.

Props to the girl for surmounting her disability, props to the parents for having an excellent idea.

She made me sad. I was happy, but now I am sad.
