    Sorry I just noticed this. It still goes. I try to push the rock a little further up the hill every day and get a little better. I am still two to three times a week. Thanks for asking. Good luck to you as well. Glad to be on the forum.

    All of his Special Operations claims have been proven false.
    I initiated the questions and request for proof from Albert John. A few friends helped me close it up.
    I have no idea if he's legit on the MA claims.

    No one has ever asked me that. Not even my girlfriend. The quickest answer is humbling. When I last trained I was in awesome shape, and training with people who didn't have that much grappling experience. Now I'm pudgy, training at a gym that is run by a Matt Serra black belt, has Olympic alternate judo instructors, and its honestly pretty amazing. I'm waiting for the 6 month mark to write an informed review.

    Hello...I'm a Mod at a website called SOCNET. Recently, I exposed a guy that teaches "street smart self defense" in CA. He falsely claimed to be a SOF soldier. He is now on the POW Network phonies page. I thought it might be a good heads up for anyone over here but wasn't sure of the policy. Found your name as Mod (Admin?) in the Mil/LE/Guns forum and thought I'd check in on this. More details available.

    Training is going really well. Time off from the site for a 3-month run-up to my Brown in BJJ (fingers crossed). My OCD only allows me to obsess on one thing at a time ;-)

    Well, training could be better I guess. It's only enough to stay in shape but will never ever make me badass. However I really do enjoy standup-grappling of taijiquan and the obligatory ground-kissing when missing the point.

    And how goes your training?
