Of course that was tactical kung fu. He was wearing tactical clothing while doing that form. But if he was Special Forces Kung Fu, he'd be wearing MultiCam.

It looks like the systema videos I have.... Videos. And, it also looks like some of the Hatsumi instructional DVDs I've seen. It appears to be agreed upon motion for form practice, and the instructor is taking full advantage of looking good because of that.

Wow - that reminded me greatly of my old southern shaolin sifu, both in terms of physical resemblance, and in terms of practice. He was a chin-na specialist, so the locks were familiar, but so was the opponent with the half-speed strikes, the single direct attack and the called shots.
