    Not a typical LARPer

I don't know where to start with this story.

It seems that every so often you hear about some "martial arts expert" going a little too far with his/her/its martial arts hobby/lifestyle with their family.

Please do not assume that this person (whom I suspect is in the SCA due to the badge of a large, multi-kingdom household) is typical of fighter in the SCA. I suppose every martial art has the occasional oddball like this. Should this guy be investigated to be the latest "douchebag of the month"?

Some more than others, but I think if Bullshido has proved anything, it has proved this.

No, I don't (necessarily) think he is typical of SCA. Although after many years around what might be regarded as "fringe" groups, I do suspect SCA has a larger share of generic oddballs than many groups.
