    Ninjutsu Training in NY???

Anyone knows where to train Ninjutsu in Long Island New York?
I already know the BS LININJA CENTERS... I'm looking for something real. Thanks!

If you wanted something real, you wouldn't want to train in ninjutsu.

I don't know which is a surer sign that Summer has arrived:

        100+ degree heat

        or

Hundreds of dumbass n00b posts all appearing at once.

Dear Born2Fight -- I get a couple of hits when I type "Bujinkan Long Island New York" into Google. You might want to poke around the Google some yourself to see what comes up. I got:
        http://www.muzosa.com/

        and

        http://sentedojo.com/

I have not trained with them, so I can not vouch for the quality of Bujinkan instruction they provide.

Changing only the first key word to "Genbukan" I get other hits, including:

        http://www.shinkenbujutsu.com/index.html

If you're serious, these are your best bets for Takamatsuden martial arts, which is what most people are referring to when they throw out the word "Ninjutsu." If you really want to pursue this path, feel free. Most Bullshido Bullies will tell you it is a waste of time. No one here thinks this a particularly efficient method of learning how to fight. Please don't come back later asking us to validate this as a decision.

        ...Unless you have sparring videos.

There is no real ninjutsu. OR, if what passes as ninjutsu nowadays is the real deal, then i'm not very impressed with ninjas.

Do some mma, or any other non compliant style if mma isn't suited to your tastes. Since we're in the JMA section, how about judo?

            Dear Styygens,
Thanks for your answer, I was thinking there was a connection between brain damage and the website for the previous posts but I see that there is at least 1 good person willing to take this seriously and actually help other people. Thanks again!

says the lack of evidence that "ninjutsu" has produced anyone with noteworthy fighting ability

This is what typical Bujinkan (the no we're really not ninjas, please ignore all the ninja paraphernalia and our marketing from the 80s art) training looks like

What's wrong with LI Ninjutsu Centers? I trained with Allie from '01-'04 back he was Genbukan. I know he adds his Karate background to what he teaches but last I checked he still has legit Menkyo in the Genbukan Ryu-Ha even if he isn't affiliated with them anymore. I would recommend his school over the Bujinkan.

                        Thanks!

I trained in his school a few years ago and I have nothing good to say about him and his school.

read history. Ninjas are not "street fighters". you'll never see a real ninjutsu student competing in a tournament. I'm sure I don't have to tell you why... in the other hand, that's why LI Ninjutsu Centers is a BS school that pretend to be teaching Ninjutsu but they are not, they will feed you with crap martial arts as long as they have access to your bank account and you are up to date with the payments, also they will come up with the greatest ideas on how to get you to spend more and more money.... Many BS like Allie Alberigo don't care and don't teach inner martial arts because they don't know it, a true ninja master will know that, of course you probably wont believe this because you are based on the fact that some people call themselves ninjas and they are no more than a deception.

Put in place by real ninjas for deception, no doubt.
