    I used the stuff as directed and didn't think it was working. After I ran out I noticed the difference. I lost reps on my exercises and motivation didn't last as long. Good stuff but you will drink a lot of water and piss a lot.

      I have been taking this for a few months now.

      Im 135 and have really no fat at all.
      I wake up and take this on an empty stomach
      and then begin my workout, which consists of cardio, weights, sparring, bag work etc.

      I take 1 1/2 scoop and i drink water during my workout because i work hard a sweat.

      It does give you a pump but I do not feel as if I am having a heart attack.

      I would recommend people who are healthy and in shape to try it.
