Whohoo! Straight blast gym for the win! You might want to include the weight difference and the supposed experience of the challenger here for people unfamiliar with this event.

Oh, yeah. I fail at the internet... In an pathetic way to save face, I'll say that maybe having that info and more on this thread here would possible be good for failures at the internet like myself (though I personally had already worked through that massive old thread and knew what this was about)

Djimbe and his insane manatee of a *wife* also claimed he could deadlift like 1000 pounds or something.

Anyway, the amount they listed was about 700 times more than the Olympic record. Oh, and he can crush Rickson Gracie with just one hand or some such.

Huh? What I'm seeing is a big fat guy being gassed and tapping each time his guard is passed before the smaller guy even gets to submissions. Kinda lame, really.. Especially if that big fat guy really thought his d34dly wrist grab would amount to something.

                Or am I blind?

                PS. Excellent song.

Thanks. I didn't click on the link on the you tube page because I thought it just brought me here (to this page). Maybe you could add a little text before the link. Something like "The background story."

If I recall the Djimbe/Tigerfly vs. Straightblast debacle is the first and last time Thornton and Gutierrez posted on this forum.

A lot of Kung-fu comedy and delusion on that thread.

Hey i give it up for Djimbe actully coming out and challenging him. Even if he thought he was gonna win, he still but his word on the line. Like i always tell people "You think so? well lets do it, prove it to me."

Mabey he realized that he couldnt crush a wrist, and that the fact he was tought that he could was imbarrising. Maybe thats why people havent really seen him sence. Who knows

I could crush any old gracie, rickson, royse or whoever, right after I blow them.
