It means that the police do not like people up there who aren't supposed to be, I am alowwed but they don't want other people thinking it is okay to come up there if you daon't have access to the campus.

Well he trains Muay Thai at KnuckleUp, and not really any BJJ, that's what happened, lol. Oh and he is a friend of mine, he doesn't really know about Bullshido.
