I don't know a thing about Mr. Demile, but Bruce Lee put emphasis on always learning. It is my understanding that he was a student, as well as a teacher, until the end.

JP, took another system, changed the name, made himself GrandMaster, secluded himself, and his system from all MA's and the MA community, belittled other arts, made sketchy lineage claims, and if another poster's claims are true, made his students sniff dog shit.

As far as JP's skill speaking for him, instead of certification: Sorry, I am not sold.

I've just posted the "Fang Shen Do Timeline Post". I'm hoping that we can use this post to better document the history of Fang Shen Do. There is very little there so far, and I don't even have firm dates for most things. I'll update the post with new information as I get it, so you may want to bookmark it.

If you have information that you think should go into the timeline, please PM me with it. If you can, please provide supporting references or documentation. As you can see, so far the post is most "suspected true" information, meaning I'm missing solid references for most of it. If you have something that can confirm, disprove, or otherwise improve the information in the timeline, let me know that as well, please.

Also, if anyone has any ideas on a better way to do the timeline, I'm all ears. If the format I have isn't very clear, let me know that, too, and I'll try to come up with something better. I don't suppose you can put HTML tables in posts, can you?

Just to clarify some info about lawsuits. I previously described where to go to find a civil claim (lawsuit) filed in the Ottawa-Carleton area so I won't repeat myself. However, at the civil counter on Elgin St there is a stand alone computer with a desk and chair next the photocopy machine. This computer is for public use and there is no requirement to "log-in". This is hard to explain but if you click on a scroll-down menu on this computer you can select 'PartyTo'. 'PartyTo' being one of the parties involved in a lawsuit. Below this there is box to put the name in to search. Once again there is no "record" of who does this search.

Why not create a graphic that you can edit and host it at a free hosting service?
That way any updates you make to it will reflect in your posts.

As it is, you wont be able to edit it as a post after a few hours.

Ah, giving to charities. Nothing like a corporate writeoff that makes you look good and enables you to get your brand out there to help upsell your product and services. At least, that's what I do.
