Yeah, that's what sucks about grappling. So many of the best techniques leave you wide open to bites. Even if the SHTF scenario doesn't include zombies & shit, try dealing with a human bite during a socio-economic upheaval, all kinds of nappy fuckers running around, especially when antibiotics are hard to come by, not that most of you would know the best antibiotics for a human bite...
Me, I'd rather stick to my current style being more strikes that grappling. Don't get me wrong, I'm not adverse to grappling when I have to, but still...

Not that that would be a remotely good idea. It wouldn't.
You'd be better off with a good durable pair of gloves and a trench spike. I mean, REALLY BETTER OFF. I wouldn't want to punch a zombie, what with skinned knuckles, bone fragments & teeth & all...

I'm really excited to get this Glock 22.
I'll post pictures when I go pick it up.
a G22's a great mid-size caliber, & hella reliable too. Hard to go wrong with a Glock anyways, but .40's a great load.

Hey, IF FRIGGIN' ZOMBIES ARE RUNNING AROUND... yes, you may consider concealing your weapon from others so they don't steal them or something, but if zombies are a threat, I doubt anyone will blame you for packing, 20yr old or not. As long as you're not running around being a punk & you're only shooting obvious threats, I'm sure you'd be find law-wise.

Also, isn't "zombie apocalypse" a euphemism for general civil unrest where we, the prepared gun owning survivalists, might have to liberate a few mindless "zombies" of their lives as they grow dangerous without the benevolent hand of civilization to guide and provide for them?
Shhhhhushhhhh! Yes now keep down there may be grasshoppers around who read these forums.

I reckon the five seven would be the best pistol for zombie death goodness. 20 round mags are all good, plus then you can grab a p90 and ammo share! :D

Listen, you are all going to be dead in a zombie invasion. All of you retards would get eaten in an invasion.

You never ever, ever, ever, ever go hunting for zombies. If you get close enough to shoot a zombie, you are too close.

    Dummies.

I'm thinking more of a Kevin Randleman vs Fedor style body lock throw, or Back Body suplex if you prefer. If I can get that set up I should be in no danger of being bitten. Getting the set up won't be easy, but it would probably be more useful than trying to smash a skull with my fists or feet.

I've actually been pondering the feasibility of killing a zombie with a high altitude hip throw or suplex, the undead not being known for their great ukemi skills.

Maybe if you're used to your proximal phalanges being fused together.

Also, these two smilies were right next to each other. They entertained me a little.

Unless you can crush brains with a punch, what would be the point of punching a zombie at all? Zack isn't going to feel it and you aren't going to knock him out, so unless you just want the pain in your hand to distract you from the pain of getting eaten...
