Silly Republican. We all know that one of the leading causes of zombie outbreaks is a conservative politician trying to create ANOTHER biological weapon. Then they always find out they were dumbasses and contracting the disease via zombie version of their hot secretary they were secretly having an affair with. Then, as the virus slowly starts to spread around whatever country the outbreak is in, a select few intelligent liberals with absolutely no knowledge of how to protect themselves end up improvising amazingly well and getting out just fine with the help of only ONE ex-military conservative, who ends up dying just before the rest escape along with one dominant group figure's best friend. This causes that person to go nuts and pick up a lawnmower and rush through waves and waves of zombies in a shopping mall until the group is finally out into the courtyard. Then, zombies crowd around and when all hope is seemingly lost, a helicopter starts blasting the zombies away, picks up the group of survivors, then flies away before a giant nuke lands on the rest of the city. Seriously, it follows a very similar formula almost every time! There's no arguing with these movie based statistics...

Now I'm confused, is there actually a difference between a liberal and a zombie?

Why does this all sound so familiar?

(I felt it was coming to this.)

I'm a registered Independent. And, unless Milla Jojovitch is toting around a couple a kukris, it ain't a zombie invasion (but I still maintain that the Democratic convention came awfully close...).

The Republican party is way too liberal (fiscally speaking) these days, for me to want to be associated with them.

I really could care less about the politics, honestly. I just love how so many films picture conservatives as being hillbilly ex-military guys with IQs of 90.

Your wrong and election stats prove you wrong. Most rural regions tend to go red, large population centers tend to go blue. Look at Cali in this past election for a perfect example. Add to this the fact that the bulk of military recruiting is done in lower income areas your average soldier tends to be republican not democrat.

Add to this the fact that liberal =/= democrat and conservative =/= republican your argument has another huge hole in it.

But such ignorance as yours tends to be ingrown, or inbred. Where you from again?

It's like that old saying "Liberals only read liberal publications, conservatives don't read at all"

                        Back on topic,

In the event of a Zombie Apocalypse I'm more or less screwed. I own a shotgun and a few hundred rounds but in the midst of a large city like Rochester there are way more zombies then I have bullets.....

                        So sad.

I have my ruger Super redhawk .454 Casull for medium-range Zombie destruction. It's equipped with a red dot sight, and I can hit a head-sized target at 70 yards pretty consistently with it. Furthermore, Casull has a very good chance of over penetrating and hurting other Zombies at that range. Not to mention that the sheer physical damage a non-headshot will produce could at least limit mobility.

I'd also keep a CZ-75 9mm with me. 16 round magazine is nice. I'll also have a Ruger 10-22 with 3 30-round clips to help with large groups of zombies.

And when all else fails, a felling axe and a 4-pound maul will be handy at all times.

                            You fail. Hard.

Read my post again, and get your political head out of your political ass.

I swear, some people have never even heard of tongue-in-cheek.

I am so sorry you're incapable of detecting obvious humorous devices without a crude representation of a face. Stay away from Mark Twain, please.
