      IMO you didn't look bad. You just lacked certain fundamentals of stand up grappling. I mean I could provide you with videos of all of it and drills. Though we should probably start a new thread for that.

          If you don't have to do the jogging, then don't. It's pretty much a waste of time. There are better things to do for grappling cardio, and there are better movement drills that you can do to get your blood flowing. See for instance the stance and movement drills here:
