      You assume 760 mm mercury atmospheric pressure at sea level. Maybe, maybe not. Depends on weather.

      STP is not only an cheap, useless, motor oil additive.

      But really, it's mass vs weight issue, definition-wise.

      And nobody is calling you stupid.

      For example, slugs vs pounds...

        I'm calling myself stupid: it was an attempt at self irony, not a passive aggressive thing.

        EDIT: Also, when someone asks for my weight, I'll be sure to answer 960N.

                1000 cubic meters of water = 1,000,000 liters. 1 liter of water == 1,000 grams.

                ~ 1M liters (a megaliter) -> 1G grams. A gigagram of water, which is both a measure of particles as well as a measure of weight at any altitude.
