    Thanks Jason. These look like great options for a pre-class warm-up. I'm not really one for static stretching so these type of warm-up options are just what i'm looking for.

      Good stuff Jason. Do you use these often to try and improve on them, or only casually as a warm up?

        If you work on these exercises with an eye toward good technique your movement will improve no matter when you practice them. I favor a bit more arm extension during some of the sit out and bridging movements than Jason demonstrates. Although this is more for beginners as someone with his experience can perform the movement efficiently with bent arms like he does in the video.
        Shut the hell up and train.

          Excellent video, perfect for those people in a transitional phase between schools or finding it hard to make it to training certain nights.
