    Looking at technique to see if it's viable?

    I was looking for some reference material for an animation I'm working on and found this video of a Gongkwon Yusul grading test. There's a leg lock used from standing that looks visually nice, but I can't help but doubt it's reliability: it's at 80 seconds in the clip. He get's the guys back, then lets go, rolls around and under him, locks the leg, throws him down, then ankle locks him. Looks compliant, but wondered if that's just my lack of experience with leg locks:

      could work. definitely not what I'd do from a rear body lock, but to each their own, I suppose.

        It looks to me like you'd struggle to pull this off from that position without some compliance from the opponent or just being THAT fast

          If you watch Garry Tonon's Shoot to Kill you see a lot of unconventional leg entries, this type of entry doesn't look that impossible, depending on how it is performed.
