In the beginning of the vid Mr. Starcevic/Starsevic explains why there is no Krav Maga federation - not sure if he's speaking about a local federation or an international one. It's funny because a simple Google search reveals these IKMF websites, but I'm not sure if they're legit either.
He brags about KM being a self-defense system, not a sport/martial art/martial sport or something. So, in short, that would be why there isn't (or shouldn't be) a KM federation. I could elaborate about it a bit more, but I just won't. For now.

I don't remember what goes immediately after that, but there's a big portion of the vid dedicated to KM demonstrations and training footage. And cool hip hop background music. Synchronized with the moves, y'know?

I REALLY think Infected Mushroom would fit better, but, well...

There were nice moves, though. Not much stuff that I would actually try out myself. Like the firearm disarming thing. Definitely not my choice.
