I used to train Ninjutsu with this guy back in the day (10 years ago). I was wondering if anyone else on this website has ever trained with him or even know where he is. He was never successful at running a club, and he does not have a website up or anything like that. Anyway if anyone on this site has any info on him I would really appreciate it

Considering how many members we have, I just thought maybe one guy trained with him

I trained with jayson Creasy as well
I used to train with him in the place in the alley behind the Macs at the corner of 7th and 8th. This was from 1993 to 1997. I remember it was Craig, Al, Jason DeJong, or Adam LaPorte who would usually teach us. I ran into jayson at Chinook Center in 2005 and again at a chiropractor office in April 2006. He was on his way to Korea (if I remember correctly) a short time after that.

Oh wow, we just missed each other then. I started training with him in 1997-2000. In 2000-2001 I got fed up and quit with him. I wonder if we ever trained together.
Anyway I ran into another friend Andre Gonzales who trained with him. He basically says he still doing well and looks and moves the same. He's s 13th dan now after a recent trip to Japan (all the way from fourth I know). He has a small dojo where he teaches out of I think in the north central part of the city.
Let me know if you want more information

No shock that Jay would jump that high. Great news. I was speaking with a few of Jayson's former students recently and they laughed quite hard when reminded of how they would teach instead of jay.
I remember Andre the knife freak, is he still into that stuff? My name is Dave, what's yours (only if your comfortible with telling me of course)?

I have no idea about the Noob thing. But its pretty cheezy, maybe pm a Forum leader.
Do you still want to train with Jay? I can try and find his Dojo. All I know is that it is in the North Central part of Calgary. I'll try and get it for you. In the mean time which former students of his did you run into that would always teach in his absence?

I talk with Craig a lot, but he left before you began. I have run into Al a few times, but I do not have any contact info for him so I only talk with him when I see him. Everyone else who would teach when Jay was not there (and sometimes when he was there) I have not seen or heard from since I left training there. I am trying to get a hold of Jay but I have no contact info for him, I may try Orlando Mancina's place, but if you know where his dojo is, please let me know.

I remember Orlando Briefly. He came to one of our testing that Jay was holding. I remember that he was involved with bringing some BJJ guys in. 11 years ago he had some GJJ guy who was very much into the whole Gracie Jiu Jitsu for street self defence. We went out for sushi once and this guy came out. I still remember him to this day....
"on the street the safest place to be is on your back with the guy between your legs..."
Before I started bjj I still remember thinking that it would be better to have the top position. LOL
Anyway I texted Andre the Crazy knife tool cause he still drops in at Jay's Dojo. So I'll get the info from him and send it your way
