Aikido + judo + karate = shubukan.... anyone heard of this?

Hey gang, I found this place http://www.shubukanryu.com/ a few minutes away from El Paso, Tx.

I tried using our search engine to find if something was written about it, no luck....

I'm not considering giving it a try; I've been training judo for the past 2 months -thanks to you... you made me quit shotokan- and I actually enjoy it a lot. But, out of sheer curiosity, I would like to know if any one ever heard of this? Is this a legit style? Or is it just another magical blend?

Looks like a lot of la-la martial arts. Tons of bad web design to convey a tiny amount of irrelevant information about their hierarchy. Zero discussion of fighting.

I believe this is their parent organization: http://www.shuyokan.com/home.html It is long on philosophy and talking and aikido and short on karate, judo, competition, or fighting.

Karate, judo and aikido have been blended in many different ways with many different results. This one does not appear to be oriented towards learning how to fight.
