Just sat down and watched the first 45 minutes of Born To Raise Hell over my dinner.

Seagal shags his wife (who looks about 21) whilst fully clothed in one scene. Needless to say, she is not fully clothed.

Reminded me of a crocodile mauling a deer, or something.

Seagal is currently part of a special unit, fighting against aliens.

You'd think MiB would have fitness requirements.

They need someone who can fire the minigun without falling over.

Nah,no fitness requirements for ex C.I.A vampire hunters.
He's not in Bon Jovi's league as a vamp hunter though.

                  For the UK people here:

This is on next Monday at 10pm.
                  http://www.five.tv/shows/steven-seag...in-lee-colllns

Steven Seagal might be best known for an action-movie career spanning three decades but, as Justin discovers in this documentary, the Michigan-born actor has many more strings to his bow. As well as starring in, directing and producing his own films, Seagal is an accomplished blues musician, environmentalist, and a committed Buddhist, animal rights activist and philanthropist.
Justin starts out with a trip to Vancouver, Canada, to visit Steven on the set of his new cop drama series. As well as getting a chance to observe the great man in action, Justin has his heart set on getting a part in the show. Next, the pair head off to Steven’s base in Phoenix, Arizona, where Justin gets to see how the icon really lives behind closed doors.
In Arizona, Justin is granted exclusive and unprecedented access to Steven and his home life. He gets to experience both the glamour of the superstar lifestyle and the day-to-day experience of being an off-duty megastar away from the prying lens of the paparazzi.
Considering that Justin Lee Collins has criticized Seagal's behaviour in the past, this might be real train-wreck TV. Perhaps even on a Kerry Katona level.

I've already set my HDR in case I forget.

                  JLC on Seagal:

You probably won't be able to listen to this from outside the UK - but apparently SS keeps a pistol and a machine gun in his bedroom and has bullet proof glass windows.

And gets scary and threatening if you mention Van Damme to him.

Well, if I recover feeling in my left jaw and teeth, I'm going training in Deepest Essex to get beat up and hopefully find some improvement. If not, I'll be watching 5. (I still appreciate his old films before he gained 5 stone.)

I was struck by a comment he made on his Mum before she Died. He said that she had appealed to him : "Why don't you put your Music out?". Well, fuck me, I didn't even know he could play the fucking guitar - with a Bluesman's sensibility - until then. Lucky, he thought to mention as it just happened to coincide with his UK tour. Lucky for me!

                      I didn't Go.

Hey, Eddie - you just reminded me. I saw these on YouTube a while back and was meaning to mention them...

Do we have any musicians in the house? The comments on YouTube would have it that his playing is shite. Dunno - sounds okay to me, though most of the stuff I listen to personally is played with 'more enthusiasm than technical proficiency'...

he sucks at playing the guitar. it sounds like he is slowly and inefficiently strangling a cat.

He reminds me of those kids who spend hours at Guitar Center, fumbling through songs they can't really play on guitars they can't possibly afford.

I saw him play live. It was adequate.

"The exotic wood means the guitar matches someone like him."

Seagal is now one of a growing army of stars endorsing Sean's high-end Freshman guitars.

Even Sir Sean Connery fell in love with a tartan acoustic made by Sean, which is owned by Scots singer Sandi Thom.

Guitar maker Sean said: "We can't match the marketing of the big boys, but people like The Kooks, Kelly Clarkson and Sandi Thom love our guitars and play them at their gigs.

"Having a huge Hollywood legend and artist such as Steven Seagal on board is huge for us. It is the biggest event to date for the company. Now it is onwards and upwards for us."
