    http://www.hockmansata.com/index.html

so this school teaches elite self-defense and "UFC Fitness" and you never have to hit or be hit because they use "state of the art" equipment and innovative training methodology. they even claim to teach BJJ...

    I'm sold
FACT- Eddie Bravo invented the triangle choke when he used it to tap out helio gracie at an ac/dc concert.

MY GOD! The physical sacrifice! TWO WHOLE MILES, plus a handful of kicks and punches, the dreaded PUSHUPS, and twenty minutes each of kata and sitting down!

    Now that's a workout.

Actually, that set me off on a search for the actual FBI report. Haven't found it yet. Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're our only hope!

Edit: For your edification, I found DoJ crime stats: http://www.ojp.gov/bjs/cvict.htm

DoJ gun stats (Some zingers, including 80% of inmates who possessed a gun while not incarcerated got it from a friend or illegal source, only 2% gun show and 12% retail store) http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/guns.htm

Colorado FBI stats (drill down to Crimes Against Persons, then to individual types, and see the numbers of who got hit with what, where, and how they knew the victim. It's common sense that everyone forgets--sexual assault victims are largely family--and stuff you wouldn't expect--bars are less dangerous than your own home). http://cbi.state.co.us/dr/cic2k7/sup...nt_reports.htm

                  And now everybody "Jazz hands"

And lol at his "warm up", I wonder what he is doing for the "workout".
Sometimes you lose and sometimes the other guy wins.

At this point I don't owe anybody an explenation.

                  Schools I trained at:
Lotus Club Cetepe Liberdade Sao Paulo
                  Renzo Gracie NYC
                  New York Combat Sambo

I was a little shocked. Sure, he changed sides quickly, but I guess even a dog can realize it has more in common with the wolf than with the shephard.

I give him the names of some BJJ schools in the area, and we go our separate ways.

Okay, if you can do it in jeans and a sweater it isn't a martial art or even exercise. Does your average person really not come up with this little litmus test?
It seems to me that the Sanjuriu Martial Art is not in guestion, but, rather the character of Mr. Galt.

That would be the RBSDtard element.
