I guess my biggest qualm with the notion of women's self defense, though, is that it's any different from men's self defense. Aside from being unable to learn the deadly cock whip, there's really nothing that keeps you from teaching the same things in a "Women's self defense" class as is a "self defense" class.

Anyhow I knew a famous dog trainer here and he told me something very interesing. In training attack dogs, to train them properly and to train them to be maximizingly (no such word but hey) aggressive, you had to always let them win. The idea was to literally condition them to not know how to lose and in so doing they got confidant and became better attackers as well. .

very interesting i want to develop or translate this principle into human sexual beaviour..

indonesian kungfu aka pencak silat is a legit style in tma's.
the average pencak silat form is a workout from hell, think roman chair and then walking around in that position.

They'll never learn to fight in a way someone would who does combat sports and trains 4 times aweek in an alive manner.

My own experience is a school that charged 100/month to do some Javanese dance moves that were slowly throwing out my back, while in an environment of pretentious mysticism that would put the Mystery of Isis to shame.
